Dream Weddings Philippines or DWP is all about weddings. You must be a wedding professional or have interest in weddings (e.g., bride, groom, maid of honor, best man, parents of the couple, etc) to be able to become a member. As a member, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of DWP.
DWP is a responsible community of to-be-wed couples,people with interest in weddings and wedding professionals promoting relevant wedding related products and services. Standard membership as a regular user is FREE but certain fees apply for premium membership and premium advertising opportunities.
1. MEMBERSHIP
Users of our Website will agree to provide us with their real names and other information as required in our “Membership Registration”. If you select a user name for your account, we reserve the right to remove it if we believe it necessary to protect the rights of others under applicable laws, such as trademark and trade name laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your log in and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. DWP does not retain liability or responsibility for such use. You also agree to never use another person's account for any reason. If you suspect your account has been tampered with, please contact the DWP administrators as soon as possible.

Spam, flooding, advertisements other than those approved in the Advertising Section and Classified Ads section of DWP, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are forbidden on DWP’s Social Network
• You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
• You must not modify, adapt or hack into DWP or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with DWP.
• You agree not to use our Website to post unauthorized commercial items such as “Spam”
• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code that could be an annoyance, harmful or destructive in nature.
• You agree not to upload a virus, disable or overload our Website
• You agree not to search for login information, collect information on other users or attempt to access an account, e-mail address or other information that belongs to someone else
• You agree not to collect other users’ information or Content by some automated access such as through robots, spiders, etc.
2. CONTENT
Some of the Content displayed on the Site may be generated by users of the Site over whom DWP exercises no control ("User Content"), which Content you may find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. DWP disavows responsibility for User Content to the extent permitted by law, and has no obligation to screen User Content in advance.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your posted messages, articles and entries in your DWP account. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of DWP, any related websites to DWP, its staff, and its subsidiaries.
We can, whenever we want, edit or delete any Content displayed, uploaded to, distributed, or otherwise published through our Website if it violates one or more of our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to our Rules.
DWP administrators has the decision and right to:
• Close a thread
• Delete a thread
• Delete a comment or posting
• Delete classified ads
• Delete advertising
• Delete blog
• Delete event
• Ban/delete a user
4. IP ADDRESS
With each post, your IP address is recorded, to be used in the unlikely event that you need to be banned from this social network or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement. The web site software places cookies in your browser, but only to improve usability and to keep you logged in. The web site software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.
DWP reserves the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information collected on this service) in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of this social network.The decision of DWP administrators is final.

9. FEES WHEN APPLICABLE
Regular Users may avail of the Standard Membership which is FREE. Premium membership as of January 2011 is P2,500 per month. DWP has the right to adjust rates whenever it deems necessary to maintain the site and for its upgraded features. Annual fees are available at discounted prices. Promotional rates are available at certain times of the year. Advertising opportunities are also available.
As a member, you agree to pay for premium services and advertising when you sign up for these:

o You must hold either a valid credit card, an account with an approved third party payment provider (e.g. PayPal) or any other approved payment method that DWP notifies to you in order to pay for any Account that involves a charge.
o If you do not have a paypal account or credit card, you must have a current or checking account and postdated checks reflecting your total monthly balance must be endorsed in advance to DWP Accounting. You agree to fund your checks at the scheduled payment date. Failure to fund your check will result in automatic cancellation of your premier account in DWP. You may renew your premium membership at any time when you are more ready with your funds.
o Where charges apply, your use of the Service is and will be billed by DWP in advance on a monthly basis and any and all payments are non-refundable.
o There will be no refunds or credits for any partial month(s) of Service, nor any refunds or credits for any unused portion of any month(s), relating to any registered Account.
o When you sign up to the Service, you can choose to subscribe in any of the following types of membership:
- Standard - FREE
- Premium - subscription fee starts at P2,500 per month (rate adjustment as of January 2011).
- VIP - advertisers
o For any upgrade from your existing plan level to any new plan level made available by DWP, your chosen payment method approved by DWP will automatically be billed at the new rate for each recurring monthly or annual charge.
o All fees charged by DWP are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
o Technical support is only made available to the owner of an active Account that is a paid Account (i.e., not a trial or other free Account) and that is current with respect to all monthly charges and other payment obligations accrued with respect to such Account. Technical support will only be provided via email.
o When you provide DWP with details about your chosen payment method, you are:
1. representing that you are the owner (or an authorized user) of the payment method you have chosen
2. you are confirming that DWP is entitled to charge the referenced payment method for the particular subscription fee and other charges (if any) applicable to the particular payment plan that you have chosen.
o You must promptly notify DWP of any changes to your chosen payment method (e.g., Account details, expiration date, billing address, etc.), and you must immediately notify DWP if your chosen payment method expires or is cancelled for any reason.
o You are responsible for all of the charges that are incurred as a result of your use of the Service, including, without limitation, any applicable taxes, as well as for all purchases made by you or anyone else that you authorize, allow or otherwise permit to access and use your Account(s) and/or any web page(s) or content that relates to your Account(s). You are also responsible for any Internet service provider charges, as well as for any telephone, wireless and/or other connection fees that you may incur when accessing and using the Service.
10. SERVICE AND PRICING CHANGES
• DWP reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, change, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice to you or any third party.
